The hospital said I had signed away any right to sue by signing their arbitration paper and I had just one year in California anyway for medical suits, no one would touch it. Also when I signed papers asking for a full set of my surgery and hospital papers , the hospital staff office worker tried to sort out important papers right in front of me at the copier ,"you don't want this,do you?"

Fortunately, I read the every line of the surgery orders and knew enough, tho alone without family or friend or medical ally, to understand that even on the third "sign these correct papers", a 'vasectomy' only did not mean or equal a bilateral hernia!! And most of the Democratic candidates for President of these Unites States think they are going to FORCE me to sign up for no better than this Kaiser crap insurance company profits at any human cost?! Not in this snakepit !
